  7. SpoolWatch monitors the contents of the mail and news spool 
  8. directories. It has the option of displaying the GUI or to
  9. the shell.
  10.  
  11. Display includes:-     Destination
  12.             Size
  13.             Time in queue
  14.  
  15. When using the GUI the spool directories are scanned at user
  16. defined intervals and the display updated. This makes it useful
  17. monitoring when your posting programs have actually sent out your
  18. spooled messages.
  19.  
  20. v2.7 BUGFIX: Last minute error checking code caused memory to be
  21.              freed twice - CRASH
  22.  
  23. v2.8 BUGFIX: If the system font was non propoertional the titlebar
  24.              window opened was not big enough.
